Another Hike

On Saturday we went for another hike. I just love to hike in the spring and see all the wildflowers and other signs of new life.

There were several examples of this particular tree that was in different stages of spring.

turns into this...

and then this...

There was so much variety!

And in one spot I saw tons of these...

I love the curly thing growing on the stem.

This is the same flower from a different angle.

Even the dandelions were pretty.

Speaking of dandelions...I may or may not play with them in the yard.
