Kevin had Friday off and we decided to make it a big Field Trip day with several stops.
First Stop...donuts and coffee
Second Stop...Forestry Museum (new to us...didn't get any photos)
Third Stop...Oregon Zoo (to use up our free passes)
Fourth (and final) stop...Creo Chocolate factory tour
This was a cool place - family owned and run. They are a homeschooling, Christian family that started this chocolate business a few years ago. They give factory tours and tell their story, then you can make a bar at the end of the tour.
Seems like there's always something special to do in Portland. Chocolate?? Yes thank you!
