More Winter Weather

We got home from Bend just in time for another winter storm. We got home Friday afternoon and just 24 hours later, it was snowing/freezing rain again. I needed groceries after being gone for a week and the grocery store was insane.

We got ice Saturday night and Sunday. Monday it was warm and started to melt. I was able to drive into town on Tuesday, but by Tuesday night it started snowing and snowing and snowing. And it hasn't warmed up yet, so the roads are still snow packed. Kevin has been going to work, but the girls and I have been home all week. We did manage to get out Thursday night and go to small group, but other than that, we've been home.

I'm not afraid to drive on snow, but they don't have the equipment to remove it and refuse to use salt here in Oregon. So it's slippery and other people don't know how to drive in it. It's not supposed to really warm up until Monday and by Wednesday it's supposed to be 50 degrees!

We have a decent hill for sledding within walking distance so we took advantage of it a couple times this week.
