Over the weekend, we headed out to a state park along the Clackamas River. We've been before and it's proven to be a great place for fishing and catching crayfish. Two of us were interested in the fishing and two of us were more interested in reading.
There is also a nice path along the river, which I took advantage of while more fishing and crayfish catching was going on.
There aren't any official paths to the riverbank, but we used the roots of this tree to climb down. I wonder how much longer this tree will be here...one day it will likely get swept away by the river.
Looks so peaceful
