Thursday

On Thursday we were supposed to go see a theater production of The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe. But my two girls were pretty sick Wednesday night and so I sold my tickets to another homeschooling family. 

The girls were still sick Thursday morning, but not nearly as bad as they had been the night before so we decided to go to the new aquarium in Portland. But first....lunch at PF Chang's.

When we got to the aquarium, Wesley was out greeting the people. Yes...strangely there are reptiles at this aquarium.

Kayleigh is becoming quite the little photographer. She was much more interested in photographing the animals than in touching them.

Roxy, the octopus, was quite active and gave us a little show.

And then there was Charlie...the snake. I figured out the secret to getting Sydney to smile for a photo. Wrap a snake around her neck!
